Mindfulness and Meditation for Everybody 12y+

During these classes you will learn how to meditate. Natalia will teach you basic techniques and you will use your favourite one in your everyday life. While meditating in the class or at home, you may find out your True Self.

This course may help you reach the next level in your life.

What are the techniques?

1. Body scanning
Relaxing technique which brings the awareness from your mind to your body. It is not possible to have two thoughts in the same time, so by focusing on sensations in your body, you relax your mind.

2. Breathing technique
Focus on our breath. Feel the air in your nose as you breath in, imagine it entering your body and leaving it. Count to eight as you breath in and to 8 as you breath out. This technique may help you in difficult moments in your life.

3. Zen meditation
Meditation in a sitting position against the wall. Observe our thoughts and watch them as they go.
Thoughts are like clouds and your mind is like the sky.
This technique brings many realisations about who you are and who or what you are not.

4. Entering The Field of Consciousness and Quantum Physics in meditation

5. Guided meditation & visualisation
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in your favourite place from your childhood.
It may be in the nature. You are playing with animals, you feel the sun on your cheeks, you can smell the flowers. Nothing is impossible. This is a starting point to a guided meditation. The intention of the meditation is chosen by the group.

If you do not have valid classes credit or subscription, you will automatically be prompted to register for a lesson. You can then choose from a different types of single classes or Running Buddha lesson cards (Strippenkaarten).
